| | I'm a bit despairing at the choices presented this election, but this picture is a good one. It reinforces the fact that these people are human. Nice one. What I like most about it is the contrast between the ultra-Anglo child in the background with the African-American grown-up in the foreground. That multiplied by the presidential prestige, with the woman smiling in that "I not only support him, I work for him too and this is such a good media moment!!!" makes it all come together. | | (Reply) (Thread) |

| Not just back from Burn and really glad about it! =] Doing five thousand Seadogs gigs. Yes, really. Remember all that singing in the Guild yard? Right. We'll be at Casa this weekend, a Portland gig next weekend, then 5th and 6th at Casa. Any rare chance you'll come visit? You blew by at Dickens. Things aren't "awesome" but they're more than "good"
